ReadyRESALE SPIFF Program

Objective:
To incentivize sales team members for driving qualified customer engagement through scheduled and completed product demos.

Eligibility:
All sales representatives and business development team members are eligible to participate.

Incentive Structure:

  • $200.00 will be awarded for each ReadyRESALE demo that is both scheduled and completed with a qualified lead.
  • Demos must be held with decision-makers or qualified prospects who meet the company’s ideal customer profile (ICP) which are management companies that represent at least 20 active associations.

Program Rules:

  • A demo is considered "booked and completed" when:
    • It is scheduled in the acuity calendar system link.
    • It is attended by both the prospect and a ReadyRESALE representative.
  • Canceled or no-show demos do not qualify.
  • Incentives will be paid out monthly following validation of completed demos by the ReadyRESALE management team.

Payout Process:

  • Approved demo completions will be tracked by the ReadyRESALE management team.
  • Incentive payouts will be processed by the last day of the month for the previous month’s activity.
